Fastcare’s Leadership Charts 2025 Vision at Kokrobite Offsite

With the serene coastline of Kokrobite as their backdrop, Fastcare Clinics’ executive team came together for two days of reflection and strategy. The offsite was a chance to celebrate a transformative year, which included milestones like the Kasoa flagship clinic launch, ERP implementation, and the digitization of subscriptions.

However, the real focus was the future. Discussions centered around building deeper connections with subscribers through engagement campaigns, wellness walks, and free health screenings. The most exciting development? A planned telemedicine rollout that promises to make healthcare accessible anytime, anywhere.

“We left Kokrobite not just with ideas, but with a shared commitment to turning these plans into action,” said Business Manager and facilitator Floris Sonnemans. “When strategy translates into collective momentum, incredible things happen.”

Fastcare’s 2025 vision reaffirms its promise to bring affordable, innovative healthcare to the heart of Ghanaian communities.
